After a long period of inactivity in your web browser, some dashboard widgets may temporarily display flat lines or zero values.

What to do:
- Please ensure you selected the correct date and week. If the selected day or week has not yet occurred, the system will show 0 readings, as no data has been collected.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
- If the dates are correct and the data still doesn’t appear after 10 minutes, please submit a support ticket so we can investigate further.
