You can report an incident/issue or submit a request/feedback/enquiries via the following channels:

Customer Portal: primustech.freshdesk.com/support/home

AiBE (future)


When submitting ticket, please specify: 

1. Building name in Email Title or Customer Portal Subject. E.g. XXX (company name) - XXX (issues/problem)

2. Which product or feature

3. Date and Time of the issue when it happen

4. Problem Description (please attach screenshots, chat ID etc)
