What is AiBE?

AiBE is an AI-powered platform that unifies building management, work order management, and lifestyle services into a single app. It integrates with systems like BMS, IoT devices, and tenant management software, providing seamless operations for facility managers and a smooth, convenient experience for occupants—covering everything from maintenance requests to parking, promotions, and visitor registration

1. Scholar

Scholar is AiBE's document intelligence module. It allows building operator, FM teams, and facility managers to upload their documents, organise them into categories, and ask natural language questions to retrieve relevant information instantly.

It is powered by: 

1. Embeddings + vector search
2. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) 
3. Domain-specific prompt engineering

2. Operator

Operator is AiBE's smart FM module. It enables AiBE to seamlessly interface with systems such as Building Management, Facility Management platforms. This allows user to query real time data, trigger controls and initiate workflows such as creating work orders -- simply by instructing AiBE, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.
